Collabsource Tools grants users a non-exclusive, revocable, worldwide license to use all 30 web utilities and access all 33 educational guides for personal, academic, professional, and commercial workflows free of charge.
3. Intellectual Property
All original editorial articles, UI branding assets, custom vector illustrations, and interface code on Collabsource Tools are the intellectual property of Collabsource. Open-source libraries utilized within the platform (such as PDF-Lib and JSZip) remain the property of their respective copyright holders under permissive MIT/Apache licenses.
4. User Data & Local Processing
Users retain 100% intellectual property ownership of all files, images, code strings, documents, and data processed through our tools. Because all computation is performed locally in browser memory, Collabsource claims zero ownership or rights over user content.
5. Limitation of Liability
Collabsource Tools is provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances shall Collabsource or its operators be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our tools.
